United by Baseball is a community-led baseball initiative operated by the Centro Venezolano Americano del Zulia (CEVAZ) in Venezuela, in proud partnership with the Roberto Clemente Foundation.
Through this partnership, CEVAZ runs and manages the program on the ground working directly with youth baseball academies, coaches, and community leaders while the Roberto Clemente Foundation proudly supports the initiative by providing the sports equipment that makes participation possible.
Together, we are united by a shared belief in the power of baseball to uplift, connect, and inspire.
During the 2025 Calendar year UNITED BY BASEBALL reached 590 youth athletes, 10 coaches and community leaders, resuting in over 1,800 individuals. Participating programs included Little League teams, Criollitos de Venezuela academies, Limenor affiliates, and community-based baseball initiatives across the Zulia region.
The Roberto Clemente Foundation proudly donated the baseball equipment that powers the program, including:
Baseball bats, gloves, and game balls
Batting helmets and catcher’s protective gear
Jerseys, pants, caps, and duffle bags
Training aids and safety equipment
Distributions were tailored to meet the specific needs of each academy, ensuring immediate and meaningful use on the field.
